Terms of Service

  1. For purchases under $50, client must pay upfront before commission can begin.

  2. For purchases over $50, client may pay upfront OR 50% before commission begins and 50% after sketch is complete.

  3. The Artist accepts Venmo, Paypal, and Cashapp as payment.

  4. Harassment and rude behavior is not tolerate and may result in the clients commission being canceled.

  5. The Artist reserves the right to use your commission for self-advertising unless negotiated prior to payment (all advertisements will be watermarked as a commission so that the work can’t be used for other purposes).

  6. Sharing of the Artists work MUST GIVE CREDIT to original artist webpage.

  7. A separate fee will be charged for all additional services ordered.

  8. Changes may be made during the sketching stage, but after the sketch is approved, changes will be charged.

  9. If the client cancels the commission, 80% wil be refunded, however if the client has accepted the final sketch, refunds will not be issued.

  10. Turnaround time will depend on queue size, ask the artist for an estimate. Requests for a shorter timeframe or rush orders will result in a 20% increase in price.

By purchasing a commission, the client agrees to the artists Terms of Service.

Clients please keep in mind that I am a college student and may need to take days off to complete coursework. That being said, I will keep you updated on the commissions progress and spend as much time as necessary completing the commission so that it’s perfect to both me and you as the client.
